Faisal Nazir brings over 10 years of energy efficiency and customer service experience to EES Consulting. Faisal has been the CEO of Huper Optik USA, a Houston-based manufacturer of solar control, ceramic window films with a dealer network of approximately 450 independent dealers. He received a BBA from the University of St. Thomas. Prior to founding Huper Optik USA, Faisal was a franchisee for nine years of Shell Oil gas stations in Houston, TX. His experience as both a franchisee and a franchisor lends him the knowledge necessary to lead the franchise development department of EES Consulting successfully.

Faisal is active in his local community through various forms of volunteer work. He spends more than 10 hours per week working with people dealing with drugs and alcohol addiction. He also leads counseling at Memorial Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC) on a weekly basis for the past seven years. Faisal is also an active mentor for youth at Emerson Unitarian Church.

Kris Simonich

Kris Simonich is an 11 year franchise veteran specializing in franchise development and expansion for both retail and service-based franchise systems.  In 2005, Kris and others were awarded most “up and coming” franchise by Entrepreneur Magazine for their work with a brand new start-up franchise concept.  From 2006-2008, Kris took a home-based, pet-related service franchise from 10 units to over 120 units.  In addition to his sales expertise, Kris has also been a franchisor, co-founding Pro Energy Consultants, which, from 2008-2011, grew from 0 to 65 locations nationwide.

Mark Huth

Mark Huth is a Wisconsin native and a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he earned a degree in architecture. His career spans over 30 years in the real estate industry, including parking, transportation and security. He has held various positions including senior vice president for Central Parking Corporation in New York, NY; president of Republic Parking System; and chief operating officer of Walden Security, both based in Chattanooga, TN. Mark was also a principal investor in Solarsmart, Inc., a New York based energy technology company that designed and manufactured solar powered LED lighting products. As the area developer for Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia, he is responsible for leading EES franchise development efforts in those states.  Mark is alos a member of the Urban Land Institute, Rotary Club of Chattanooga, TN and the Board of Director’s Chair-Elect for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Hamilton County.

Cindy Huth

Cindy is a Tennessee native and a graduate of the University of Tennessee Chattanooga where she earned a degree in business management. She has over 20 years of business experience in the retail and real estate services industries including parking and transportation. Cindy started her business career in retail management in Nashville, TN working for Lerner Shops where she was promoted to training supervisor over a ten-state territory. She joined Central Parking Corporation in Nashville, TN and worked in various management positions with her last assignment being vice president of the Mid-Atlantic region based in Washington D.C. Cindy’s franchise development efforts in Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia are concentrated on quality control, business development and financial management.

Greg Byrd comes to EES Consulting with over 30 years of experience in the transportation, manufacturing, retail and consumer goods industries.  As the Area Business Development Manager, he is responsible for leading EES franchise development efforts in the Chicago area.  While directing this effort, he also operates an EES franchise territory, helping commercial and residential customers have a positive impact on people, planet and pocketbook through significant and permanent reductions in energy consumption.

Prior to joining EES, Greg served as a Senior Retail and Manufacturing Business Development Executive for the SAS Institute, the world’s leading provider of business analytic solutions.  At SAS, he helped Fortune 1000 clients gain competitive advantage through unique business insights, driving increased sales, profitability and productivity.

Greg has a passion for sports.  He has served as the coach of multiple baseball, basketball, and football teams for youth in the local community.  He is active in his church and school communities and volunteers time to a number of local charities and organizations.  He received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA.

Frank is a passionate environmentalist who brings 30 years of industry experience to EES Consulting. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Maine in Orono and his MBA from Babson College.  He is laser focused on customer needs and is known for his customer support, enabling him to engage in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. His experience in tech design and support give him the ability to communicate complex technical ideas in simple to understand language. In addition to leading the franchise development efforts in Central Massachusetts, he operates a franchise territory in Marlborough, MA where he helps commercial clients realize energy savings through energy efficiency.

Frank is dedicated to community service and is a lifetime advocate for recycling and carbon footprint reduction, a ten-year Board of Directors and coach for youth sports and a Member of the Masons He has deep local roots in the Massachusetts business community and believes that there is a huge opportunity for businesses in Massachusetts to conserve energy and save money at the same time.

A seasoned veteran, Tom brings well over thirty years of executive-level leadership and successful entrepreneurship to his role as Area Developer for EES Consulting.  A former advertising executive, as a Sr. Vice President and Sr. Partner at top, worldwide agencies, Tom has led teams managing well over a billion dollars in marketing communications for iconic brands such as Wendy’s, American Express, CVS Health, Hyundai, Kia, T. Rowe Price and Honeywell, to name a few.  EES represents his fourth business venture where he leverages his extensive consultative sales and collaborative management experience to support EES franchisees.  As a former scuba instructor, Tom has literally “swum with the sharks” and lived to tell the tale.
