EES Consulting Welcomes Four New Members to the Team
EES franchisees at EES Consulting’s 2nd Annual e-ZEE Conference.
EES Consulting is thrilled to announce the addition of two new franchisees, an area developer and a new franchisee support team member. EES is quickly growing and we know these four new members will be fantastic additions to the team.
Elaine Pleshek has joined EES Consulting as the Regional President of one of three new locations in Austin, TX. She operates the North Austin location and chose to open an EES franchise because EES Consulting caters to an under-served market, small businesses. She loved the fact that she could own her own business and do something great for the environment at the same time.
David Schwarzbach has joined EES Consulting as the Regional Presidents of two locations in Austin, TX: Central Austin and South Austin. David’s favorite part of the EES business model is the turn-key process, allowing him to work with his clients throughout the entire process and offer them a customized solution based on their individual needs rather than a cookie cutter solution. He loves that EES Consulting provides a balance between allowing a business to invest in solutions that make financial sense with being environmentally conscious.
Tom Morelli is EES Consulting’s newest Area Developer with ten territories across Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. He comes from an advertising and marketing background and EES represents his fourth business venture where he can leverage his extensive consultative sales experience to support incoming franchisees in Southern New England. Tom chose to join the team because of EES’ product agnostic approach. He believes that Southern New England can benefit from energy efficiency and sustainability solutions primarily because of the age of the businesses and the high energy prices in the Northeast.
Kenny Nelson is the newest member of the franchisee support team. He has joined EES as the Vice President of Sales and brings 20 years of
experience in strategic selling and sales management to the support team. His expertise in the convenience store industry lends itself well to EES Consulting’s recently rolled out vertical strategy within their EESy Sales Methodology.
